Core Cousin Pictures 2013

Brindy took some sweet pictures of the Core Cousins.  Sweet and natural  I love them.   Corey's smile is cheesy and ridiculous.   Carley is sweet and soft.   Lauren looks so grown up.  Camryn is picture perfect.  Addison is joyful.   I love them.   Lauren is 9 (10 in Septmeber).  Carley and Camryn are 7.  Corey is 3 (4 in Sept) and Addison is 2 1/2.  I am thankful for these sweet lives.  

Music Camp

Carley went to Music Camp again at church this year and loved it.  Prodical Clown was so cute and so much fun!   When she pays attention, she is such a little expressive performer!  I just enjoy all the talents this little girl has SO much!

Proud of this Girl

Carley had two goals this Summer.  

1.  She wanted to be able to do her own ponytail.
2.  We wanted her to get better and more confident riding a bike without training wheels.


 Her cousin Cam could do her own hair this year and Carley really wanted to do that but Carley has a ton of crazy hair so it made it challenging.  She does her own ponytail about 5 days a week and then I do her hair the other two.  It has sure helped with the fighting between the 2 women in the Nelson house!

As for her bike she was riding some this Spring but was not confident at all.  She couldn't figure out all the coordination.   This Summer she and I worked every day for a week on a new goal.  It was amazing.  She is so happy and so proud of herself.  I am too.   She loves the independence of it and the freedom.  I love that she gets a great exercise and joy at the same time.  

Of course her little brother loves to follow her around and ride right behind her.  We have spent many hours this Summer watching them ride.  I love it!
