Happy 7th Birthday, Carley!

Our sweet Carley- girl turned 7!  Wow.  SEVEN!  She is just growing up before our eyes.

Favorite Restaurant - Panda Express or Lin's Buffet 

Favorite Place to Go - Keller to see Lauren and Cam

Favorite thing to do with Mom - Got to my work, cuddle, and cook with me

Favorite thing to do with Dad - Do art, box, visit the station

Favorite things to do with Corey - Tickle, play horse, kiss and cuddle, and 

Favorite TV Show - Super Hero Squad, Duck Dynasty, Good Luck Charlie, Jessie

Favorite Friends - Nathan, Elise, Hallie, Anna Wren, Claire, Addyson Speck, Annabelle, Hannah

Favorite Movies - all Barbie, all Tinkerbelle, Justin Bieber,  and home movies  when Carley and Corey were little

Carley is a sweet, smart, dramatic, and sensitive little girl.  She loves having her ears pierced, wearing pink, adding jewelry, and doing gymnastics.  She hates cleaning, taking baths, and tangles.  She is alot like her mom.  :)   Carley is really good at art and drawing.  She can work for hours with markers and art sets.   In that way she is a lot like her dad!   Carley loves her family and friends.  She loves reading and watching TV.    She loves her church and reading the Bible and going to Bible class.  She is learning all the books of the Bible and works hard at things like that.  She does well in school and loves her GT class.   Both of her front teeth are SUPER lose and I think she will be missing them before we know it!  We are so proud of the sweet girl that she is. 

She has another infection spot showing up on her leg so we are laying low around here.   We celebrated her Birthday at Abuelos with some of her favorite people and a cake that she and I made.   She got clothes for her American Girl doll from Papa and Nana, the books that go with her from Grammy and Pawpaw and a gift card to Toys R Us.   Corey gave her princess earrings to wear to the castle and Cody and I gave her another bead for her bracelet and the ear piercing early this month.

Gifts From Grammy

 Oleta and Frank gave the kids some great gifts.  They loaded Corey up with Jake and the Neverland pirate toys and and gear and gave Carley a karyoke machine and a Barbie castle.   They are always so generous and know our kids so well.  I am so blessed and thankful!

Our Christmas

Santa came to our house early because Cody was going to be at the station Christmas Eve and Christmas day.  The kids had no idea and were FLOORED!  Carley got the Barbie Style Tote Kit she asked for as well as an American Girl doll named Marie Grace!  Corey got the Captain America doll he wanted as well as the Avengers Super Hero Squad.   The whole family got Disney PJs and things for our trip.  Carley got a charm bracelet and Corey got a blue booster seat.  We also redid the kids bathroom and gave them new towels and accessories.   It was a precious Christmas and I loved spoiling our family!

Core Christmas

Although our big Christmas is a Disney Trip next week, Alyssa's family came in to celebrate the season and we had a blast.  They really are the cutest and sweetest cousins.  We just can't wait for more time together!

Nana and Papa loaded the kids up with toys, gifts, and goodies for Disney.  Their generocity is astounding   We were especially excited that they gave the kids and us dinner at Cinderellas Castle and a trip to the Bippity Boppity Boutique before hand!

Carley's 7th Birthday Party

After her yucky illness Carley had an awesome birthday party at the Cakery.  We were sad several of her friends were out of town or were sick, but the ones there had a great time and Carley was most excited that her cousins were in town.   The gang at the Cakery did a great job.   They decorated a Gingerbread house scene and a cupcake and then she made and iced pink cupcakes for Carley.   It was a special and sweet way to celebrate our girl turning 7.  

Spann Christmas and Bowling Night

The Spann Clan came over Friday night for dinner before we all went bowling.  It was hilarious.   We had the best time together and gave Oleta a beautiful picture of all the kids.   I am a horrible bowler, but it was a blast and a perfect way for this group to burn energy.  Tim and his personal bowling ball Peggy kept us all laughing.  Corey was a riot and Carley is actually a good bowler!  Who knew!   I love this family so much!
