Amarillo MiniVacation

We went on a little minivation to Amarillo over Memorial Day Weekend.

Friday Carley had her play day at school.   This girl loves color!

Friday Night Nana and Papa joined us and we went to the Big Texan and swam in the hotel pool.

Saturday we went to the Zoo and to Arnold burger.  Then we took naps and went to go see Epic.  Then we ate Chicken Fried Steak at Chilly Willies.   Sunday we took our time coming home.


I love my sweet family.

Ready Set Go and the Tumblebug Oympics

Carley and Corey both had a great year at Gymnastics.  They loved Ready Set Go and it was perfect for our family.   Carley learned a lot and worked really hard.  Corey had a blast!   It was so fun.   I am so thankful for the year they had there.  The both had great coaches and loved their new friends in the classes.  

1st Grade Awards Assembly

Carley has had such a good year at Crestview in 1st grade.  She loved Miss Burkhalter and all the things she learned.  Carley got the award in her class for reading the most words, almost 111,000 words this year!  She has really excelled at reading and writing and just had a great year. 

Carley's Patriotic Assembly

Carley had a speaking role at the End of Year music program.  She had the welcome and she did a great job.   They were a really cute 1st grade patriotic crew.  Cody was on duty so the fire truck came to cheer her on.   She loved it and had a great time!
