Warning here is a spoiler for tonight's episode ....
McDreamy's sister comes to town. So my theory is that the pretty lady in his trailer a.k.a. McHottie will turn out to be his sister.

That is what I've been hoping would happen for the last two weeks!!! The fact that the McHottie was fully clothed had me suspicious that they were tricking us.
